Description

Florida Statewide association seeks attorney to manage and oversee legislative projects and programs. Duties and responsibilities include: Serving as a registered lobbyist; providing support for all legislative issues and having primary responsibility on selected issues. Must meet with legislators, attend and testify at legislative committee meetings. Research and analyze legislation, drafts bills, amendments and position papers. Membership in Florida Bar required and knowledge of Florida Legislative process preferred. Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet research capability.
