Description Summary: The Neighborhood Sales & Service Representatives are responsible for door to door sales, service, and marketing of Insight products and services-- Digital Cable, Telephone and High Speed Internet—to residential current customers, in pre-selected territories.

Duties: JOB DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
• Responsible for canvassing targeted residential areas during hours and days specified by Sales Manager as needed to achieve sales goals.
• Responsible for upgrading existing customers.
• Meet weekly performance standards as specified by Sales Manager.
• Present product and price in the manner prescribed by Insight.
• Complete all reports on a timely basis and attend all scheduled meetings.
• Follow through on all orders and return inquiring customer calls promptly.
• Maintain reliable transportation.

Requirements : REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 1 year experience in sales environment with considerable amount of experience in direct sales.
• High level of self- motivation.
• Ability to effectively communicate with external customers and fellow employees.
• Must have reliable transportation and good driving record.

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK AN 8 HOUR SHIFT BETWEEN 9AM AND 9PM MONDAY-FRIDAY AND 5 HOURS ON SATURDAYS
