Description
Major established global leader organization has a need at one of their high volume food process manufacturing plants located in the midlands of SC to work in an automated environment. This is a SAP environment. The role is as a maintenance supervisor providing leadership to the plant through organizing, planning and implementing programs which will support preventative and corrective maintenance and continuous improvement. Included will be budget, service contract and purchasing and implementing best processes while ensuring safety at all levels of the operation. Will lead and train the hourly employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in an engineering related area is required
- must have at least 3 years of maintenance experience
- stable career history is also needed
- must have at least 1 year maintenance supervision experience
- will consider either electrical or mechanical focus
