The US division of InforMed based in Haddam, Connecticut, is expanding its scientific and medical writing team due to continued business growth. We are seeking qualified candidates who enjoy the science and business of medicine for full-time, in-house positions of Senior Medical Writer and Medical Writer. In each role you will partner with our experienced interdisciplinary team to write scientific and clinical content in a variety of media (eg, abstracts, posters, publications, slide decks) and for diverse healthcare professional audiences. You will also serve as a scientific and/or clinical resource for clients and colleagues and develop therapeutic area expertise.

• Scientific or clinical degree required; advanced degree preferred

   

   

• Experience in a medical communications agency or pharmaceutical company preferred

   

   

• Ability to research and digest complex scientific and clinical literature to write content for diverse media and healthcare professional audiences

   

   

• Experience in publication planning and delivery preferred

   

   

• Demonstrated scientific and/or clinical writing experience

   

   

• Occasional travel including some international travel required (up to 10%- 15%).
