About The Facility

Aspen Medical Group is a family of 8 clinics and 2 specialty clinics, and also a family of professionals with over 150 providers. Responsibilities 
Schedule, assign and supervise the work of the Clinical Lab staff and also perform duties of Clinical Lab Tech as needed. This position is responsible for the clinic labs that are moderate complexity, lever 4 or high complexity labs. Time management and communication with all clinic staff. Maintaining current knowledge of regulation and compliance issues of the laboratory, such as Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, COLA and other state and federal regulations and Allina policies.

Requirements Qualifications
Education/Experience: MT/CLS with a Bachelor's degree in Lab Science and 2 years non-waived lab experience (NCA and/or ASCP). Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Supervisory role. Medical terminology required.
