Agency Owner / Manager - Farmers Insurance (NEW)

We are looking for a dedicated sales professional that is self-motivated and eager to become skilled at providing insurance solutions. This is not a job, it is a career choice. The right candidate will have the opportunity to learn the insurance and financial services industry from one of the top district managers in the field within a district ranked in the top 10% in Illinois. This position offers unlimited earning potential while providing the opportunity to help members of the community protect their most valuable assets.

Our clients consist of business people, small business owners, and other professionals such as police officers, firefighters, engineers, and doctors. The environment is fast paced and the right candidate needs to have a strong desire to learn new skills and adapt to change. The position requires a reliable, dependable and responsible individual who is able to commit to a long-term working relationship.

Successful agency owners have made between $40,000 and $75,000 during their first year in the industry. Second year agents have made between $50,000 and $125,000 per year. Your commission payouts are not limited.
