3rd Party Collection Managers Needed!

 

My client, a rapidly growing company specializing in debt collections is searching for a management professional that desires an entrepreneurial work environment, fast-paced atmosphere, and true leadership role.

 

They have witnessed tremendous success in the Bank Card industry and in today’s economy they recognize the need to continue to develop a strong management team.

 

This position consists of managing all 3rd party telephone collection personnel. Management includes areas such as quality control and performance standards monitoring.

 

 Manager will be required to be personally involved in the collections process by taking collection calls and working an abbreviated collection cue.

 

 Manager will be directly responsible for on-going collector training.

 

 Manager will be responsible for following established collection game plan and meeting it’s desired results.

 

Manager will be responsible for all personnel related matters including scheduling, attendance and absenteeism issues, discipline, annual reviews, etc.

Requirements

Technical Skills:

 

  • Thorough knowledge of 3rd party telephone collection techniques.

 

  • Thorough knowledge of FDCPA, FCRA, etc. and all other collection laws.

 

  • General knowledge in the use of collection management software’s including skip tracing and predictive dialer applications.

 

 

Performance Skills:

 

  • A 3-5 year record of 3RD PARTY COLLECTION MANAGEMENT success.

 

  • Ability to actively manage up to 20 telephone collectors with 200-300 accounts each.

 

  • Ability to co-ordinate with other departments in a leadership manner.

 

  • A proven ability to implement a production game plan with satisfactory results.

 

 

Salary and Benefits:

 

  • Salary plus commission.

 

  • Employee will be eligible to participate in 401K program as well as Healthcare plan after 90 days of employment.
