JOB

  • Execute a sales plan strategy for assigned territory - Hospitals, Rehab Centers, Nursing Homes, and Clinics
  • Establish commercially profitable relationships with health care managers, including discharge planners, hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, hospices, clinics, and doctor’s offices
  • Focus on top 20 referral sources and bring 1 referral per source per month

EDUCATION & BACKGROUND:

  • Bachelors degree or related experience
  • BSW/MSW, LPN or Allied Health degree highly desirable
  • 1years medical marketing or sales experience
  • Pass post-offer, pre-employment physical/medical history and evaluations

COMMUNICATION SKILLS:

  • Solid writing and speaking skills  
  • Strong computer skills to operate proprietary CRM program.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills 
  • REQUIRED: Working knowledge of health care in a home or institutional setting

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:  

  • Moderate physical activity, will require extyensive walking in hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities
