Curative/Escrow Team Lead

Looking for an individual to work from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. as a Lead.
MUST have escrow/title experience as well as phone contact experience.
Be responsible for being a contact person for the clients
Majority of the work would be via email. Receive an email and direct it to the proper team member for resolution and also be responsible for follow-up that it had been resolved and then communicate that back to the client.
Good time management, can multi-task, and remains calm under stress.
