Collections Specialist
This is a part-time 20 hours a week position working late afternoon and evening hours.
Job Duties:
· Calling students for collection of funds
· Forwarding delinquent account information to collection agency
· Sending monthly mailings.
· Calling default students daily to get them to either come back to school or put their loans in deferment.
· Skip tracing former students to find current addresses and phone numbers.
· Creating weekly excel sheets, that will be read by the president.
Requirements
· Must have customer service experience with excellent communication skills
· Must have excellent attendance and good follow-up skills
· Able to work evening shifts
· Prior collection experience is preferred
