Job Description: Wellness Coaches are the first line point of contact for clients. They are responsible for:

             1) service and process explanation;
             2) lifestyle coaching and support, and
             3) follow-up and service satisfaction.

Requirements:

Four year college degree in health, physical fitness or social sciences
Excellent analytical reading and accurate writing skills
Strong counseling skills – must demonstrate warmth and empathy with clients
Basic knowledge of health related behaviors and exercise principles
Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven business environment
Strong receptiveness to feedback from supervisor and mentor
Self-directed and independent, coupled with good judgment in making decisions
Computer proficient
