                Rath USA located in Wilmington, Delaware, and the North American Subsidiary, of Aug. Rath Jun AG, a worldwide leader in the manufacture and distribution of high temperature, insulating materials, is seeking an individual with a B.S. in accounting and 10 years relevant experience that includes cost and management accounting, for the position of Controller, reporting directly to the President, Rath USA.  Hands on SAP experience is a plus.  Candidate will be primarily responsible for all aspects of accounting and finance including:

·        Transaction Accounting

·        Financial and Cost Accounting

·        Credit and Collection Management

·        Budgeting

·        Financial Analysis and Performance Monitoring

·        Implementing Control Systems

·        Pricing Decision Support

·        Working Capital Management

·        Investment Decisions and Financing Acquisition

In addition to accounting and finance, the candidate’s responsibilities include:  purchasing, sales support and the coordination of Information Technology; supervisory experience is required.  The position requires an organized, flexible individual, able to work in an international environment, with the ability to analyze and communicate financial results affectively and participate in business decisions as a part of the management team.  Rath AG has its headquarters in Vienna Austria and in the U.S. there are 2 plants, so some travel is required.  Rath offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.  Please mail, email or fax your resumes to:
