Remington College is currently seeking highly motivated individuals to fill Director of Admissions position at our Lafayette, Louisiana Campus. A Director of Admissions manages all functions of the campus’ admissions department and provides organization, supervision, and direction while achieving recruiting objectives. The successful candidates that fill these positions will be responsible for student enrollment, training, and monitoring of both adult and high school recruiters.
Ø Responsibilities include:
o Student Enrollment
o Training
o Monitoring and development of adult and high school recruiters
o Attaining targeted measured outcomes
Ø Requirements:
o Bachelors Degree strongly preferred
o 2+ years admissions mgmt experience
o Proven ability to hire well, train, motivate, and manage a sales team
o An exceptional track record of proven sales success
o Experience facilitating recruiter development
