Description Large growing machining job shop seeks strong Machine Shop Supervisor to supervise, lead, and train its tenured workforce. Budgeting, blue print reading, scheduling, and G code programming are required.

Specific experience in low to mid volume large part machining with G&L, Haas, and other CNC and NC mills and lathes is required. Most work is custom with little repetitive manufacturing. Fast paced ISO certified job shop. Lean or 5s experience very helpful

Requirements Degree is helpful, but not required
Supervisory skills / budgeting required
Large part, low to mid volume job shop experience required
G Coding very helpful
Blue print reading essential
Lean/5s very helpful
