Description
Rapidly growing manufacturer / distribution center in the Columbia, MD area is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for our call center. This is a NIGHT SHIFT Position Only (5 PM - 1 AM & 1 PM - 10 PM) - Sundays and Fridays are required. Excellent benefits, and career growth potential!

Requirements
We are looking for a talented,
professional customer service representative. Our representatives handle inbound calls from our customers placing high volume orders.
This is a full-time position that requires Sunday and Friday evenings. Please do not apply if you can not work BOTH Sunday and Friday evenings.
At least 2 years customer service experience.
At least 1 year call-center experience.
Bi-lingual preferred (English/Spanish)
Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
All candidates MUST be able to pass a criminal background check & drug screen.
