Description General Growth Properties is looking for a Program Implementation Coordinator located at their premier property, Fashion Show in Las Vegas, Nevada.
 
The Program Implementation Coordinator is responsible for the following:

- Coordinates the implementation of revenue generating programs at Fashion Show Mall originating out of the Fashion Show Platform Sales Team including any 3rd party sales agents representing the property and programs originating out of the Corporate Strategic Partnerships Department.
- Continues to create and improve the program implementation process.
- Supports the sales team for Fashion Show Mall in achieving the vision, goals and objectives of the Platform.
- Responsible for the successful execution and implementation of all revenue generating advertising, sponsorship and event marketing programs for the Fashion Show Platform.
- Communicates all relevant and pertinent information to the 3rd party technical operator for the FS Platform and the client.
- Coordinates programs for clients including communicating to mall team, assembling and executing contract through Licensemaker, acting as liaison between mall, client and salesperson, creating event recaps and tracking income and contract to program completion.
- Attends meetings with clients, sales team, 3rd party operators, vendors, sales agents as necessary and directed by supervisor.
- Acts as traffic coordinator for all creative elements in FS Platform including managing calendar of inventory, entire creative and production process including providing clients with specs, facilitating printing through 3rd party vendors and facilitating installation with appropriate mall team members.
- Produces¿quality proof-of-performance as required by client on a timely basis and provide program wrap-up reports to sales person and client.
- Attends events for clients and coordinate fulfillment of event requirements throughout.
- Assists in invoicing, billing for 3rd party vendors and any other revenue tracking duties for FS Platform as directed by supervisor.
- Keeps organized, detailed files on all deals including re-caps and photos, accessible by sales team to assist in renewals and future sales efforts.
- Assists sales team in development of customized maps, sales sheets and other materials for prospective clients on an as-needed basis.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Management or General Business.
- 1 - 3 years account management with advertising, sponsorship event or promotions background.
- Excellent Word, Excel, PowerPoint, database, Adobe Acrobat, & internet research skills.
- Strong Time Management skills.
- Organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize based on current needs.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Flexibility and the ability to work with deadlines.
