Description Full-Time EVENING Data Entry position
Monday - Friday 3:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.
Pay range: $9:00 - $10:00 per hour

The primary responsibilities of an Accounts Payables Data Entry role include:

Review & Preparation of invoices for payment
Entry of vendor's invoices into Payables system
Problem resolution as it relates to invoicing discrepancies
Other duties as needed or assigned

Requirements Strong 10-key experience
Experience working in Microsoft EXCEL

Excellent attendance
Customer Service Experience

Excellent Time management skills
Strong capability to meet deadlines & prioritize
