Due to our aggressive growth rate, we are currently seeking a solid, experienced Production Manager to join our fast paced manufacturing team in our Middletown, DE  location.

The primary mission of the Production Manager is to lead 50+ hourly employees and a small supervisory staff in the day-to-day production operations of a 24-7 plastics extrusion operation, safely making a high quality product, within budget and delivered to our Customers on time. 

World-Class Production Manager:

We are looking for an “A" Player who is a proven Change Agent and who has led or helped to lead the implementation of standardized best practices in a challenging manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• 8-15 years of progressively responsible manufacturing experience, with at least 3-5 years in a best practice, lean environment.
• Plastics extrusion manufacturing experience is a huge, huge plus.
• Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong commitment to and understanding of safety principles and best practices.
• High energy level and high sense of urgency and a driver, able to energize others
• Able to handle stress well and be respectful of others.
• Strong background in Lean and Continuous Improvement principles.
• Be a proven change agent.
• Upward potential in their career.
