Description

Our client is currently looking for 3rd Party Collectors because their call center is GROWING! We are actively seeking EXPERIENCED 3rd PARTY COLLECTORS to join our client's team!

The Resolution Specialist (Collector) is responsible for:

* Skip-tracing
* Outbound calling to our customers to determine solutions
* Negotiating and arranging acceptable repayment plans, which can include settlement offers
* Collecting on charged-off debt
* Adhering to all applicable collections laws (FDCPA)

Requirements Good job stability is required.
3rd party collections experience in your most recent position for at least 2 years is a MUST.
Due to the nature of the position, individual must be able to pass a credit check.
