Description
Electronics Technician: Installation, maintenance and repair of telecommunication equipment. This is a Field job with responsibility for a territory which will include routine inspections and maintenance of telecommunications installations. Our customer requires a 24/7 On Call status. A company vehicle will be provided. Vacation time and monthly off times will be coordinated with adjoining territory
Requirements
Experience in VHF, UHF & SHF radio communications installation, maintenance and repair. Ability to use a computer to input, diagnose and repair software defined parameters of various two way radio portable, mobile and base stations as well as other computer based telecommunications equipment. Must have the ability to interpret drawings and schematics on RF and telephony telecommunications installations as well as effect repairs. Knowledge and use of basic hand tools and telecommunications test equipment in telephony and RF applications.
