Description
Cell Biologist
Our client is currently looking for a Cell Biologist to lead their R&D team. They will work closely and interact with the R&D, production, and marketing departments.The biologist will be conducting research, facilitating product development, and providing technical support for their products.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge and industry experience in the following areas:
- mammalian and/or microbiological cell culture techniques
- cell metabolism, cell signaling and biochemical pathways
- media formulation and preparation
Requirements
- BS with 7+ years, MS with 5+ years, or PhD with 2+ years of industry experience. Degree should be in Biology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or Biochemistry.
- Supervisory or Project Management experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiar with design for Six Sigma or Six Sigma tools is desired
