Help Desk Analyst

Apex Systems Inc. in Portland, OR is looking for a Help Desk Analyst for a contract position that is located in the Boise, ID area. Our client is now seeking qualified personnel for various helpdesk coordinator positions.

 

 

Requirements Qualified candidates will have:

• Six months of experience on a technical help desk or equivalent experience.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Hardware troubleshooting and MS Windows software experience.
• Applicants must be a citizen of the US and must be able to obtain a “Secret” level security clearance through a very extensive background investigation.
• Applicants must be able to work flexible shifts and take phone calls while sitting at a desk for up to 4 hours.
• Applicants must also be able to pass an extensive background check as well as a drug and credit check.
