Description A National Senior Housing Organization that provides independent living, assisted living and memory care services is currently seeking an experienced Administrator to become an integral part of our team at one of our communities in the greater Washington County area.

You will lead and direct the overall operation of the Community in accordance with residents' needs, government regulations, and our own policies and procedures. Ideal candidates have proven success in managing long-term care/assisted living communities, or a background in hospitality management.

You will be responsible for all day-to-day operations, departmental staff, business development, quality assurance, financial management and occupancy requirements. It is the Executive Directors' responsibility to oversee all customer service and healthcare programs and to ensure the community meets financial goals within established budgetary guidelines.
Requirements Requirements
• 2+ years successful experience in operations management, preferably as an Executive Director/Administrator or Manager in assisted living, long-term care or hospitality industry
• Demonstrated success in census building, revenue generation, staff retention, customer satisfaction and fiscal management
• Senior living experience highly preferred
• Working knowledge of computers including Excel, Word and MS Office
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the general public
• Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly
• Excellent staff retention and customer service skills
• Must be able to pass DOJ criminal background clearance
• Education and licensed in good standing if required by the State Licensing Authority
• Nursing License a plus
