Job Description for Branch Administrator

• This position is responsible for the planning, organization and direction of the Bank’s Retail Branch Network.
• The successful candidate will work with the SVP, Retail Banking participating in the formulation and implementation of Retail strategies and objectives.
• Responsible for the supervision of eight (8) Branch Managers.

• Candidate must possess an Associate’s Degree or equivalent course work in business administration, and 5-7 years retail bank management experience.
• Sales development and training experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, & negotiating skills required.
