Inbound Call Center with Spherion Staffing!!!!

Description

Shift: 10AM-7PM OR 11AM-8PM (need to be flexible)

Weekly Schedule: Monday –Friday + every 3rd Saturday by rotation (3 day weekends adjacent to those weeks, so not to exceed 40hrs/week)

Pay: $12.50/hr

Duties:

receiving inbound calls from policy holders
accepting payments
verifying insurance
adding, removing, modifying coverage
managing claims
supporting field agents as needed

Prerequisites:

strong data entry and MS Office Skills
strong math skills
call center experience
Spanish a plus
Property and Casualty (P&C) license a plus
must pass background and drug screen
