Customer Service Outreach Representative 2-7pm

A Customer Service Outreach Representative places outbound calls to members to educate them on the benefits of their dental insurance plan in effort to increase utilization. 

This temporary assignment is scheduled for 2-7pm, Mon-Fri 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following.  Other functions may be assigned as business conditions change.

Contact and educate existing group members on the benefits of their dental coverage

Encourage/assist members to make appointments for dental care

Track and document member calls 

Reach out to provider offices to provide education on increasing office visits of Healthplex

members

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or GED with (1-2) years of Customer Service Call Center experience preferred.  Dental and/or Health insurance knowledge a plus.  Excellent communication skills, good grammar, voice and diction.  Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful)

COMPUTER SKILLS:

Basic computer and keyboarding skills.
