Description

Representative needed with engineering background and business development and/or consultative selling experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in power engineering with a BS in Electrical Engineering or documented technical sales background.

We represent "the" General, the global leader in protecting people and equipment utilizing market leading technology. This is an excellent opportunity to get involved in the transformation of our energy infrastructure and help implement smart grid technology. Clients will include wind farms, refineries, ethanol plants, consulting engineers serving utilities, power generation plants, industrial plants, and OEM manufacturers of packaged power systems. Products and solutions include protective relays, control relays, motor protection, arc flash controls, power metering, high speed fiber and wireless communication systems, etc...

This is a lucrative pay for performance position with a base salary. Some overnight travel required serving our customers in NE, SD, and ND with 3-5 nights out per month anticipated.

*Willing to travel - 3-5 nights per month anticipated with some remote training opportunities
