Lead Building Mechanic
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We have an opening for an experienced building supervisor looking for a rewarding challenge in the operation, repair, and maintenance of a high rise office building. Minimum of 5+ yrs experience in supervision and 7+ yrs of hands-on engineering and maintenance. Licensed refrigeration or electrical helpful. Responsibilities include maintenance/ repair / operation of mechanical systems, construction management, creating annual budgets, scheduling of mechanical staff , training, capable of interaction with building occupants, owners and contractors.
