HVAC Store Manager

Description Koch Air, LLC has been focused on distributing quality Carrier residential and commercial HVAC products since 1936, and is the fourth oldest Carrier distributor.  Today, Koch Air is also among the ten largest independent Carrier distributors in the U.S. with six branches and more than 260,000 square feet of equipment and parts warehousing throughout the Midwest.  Currently, we are looking for a Store Manager at our new branch in Lexington, KY.  This position will lead the inside sales and warehouse operations to ensure superior customer service and maximum operational safety, effectiveness and efficiency.  The Store Manager will work closely with our Louisville Branch Management team to lead the inside sales activities related to phone sales, order processing, billing, as well as develop and implement any special and seasonal programs.  This position will manage, protect, maintain and optimize the efficient use of all branch assets including buildings, inventory, equipment, trucks, computers and telephones.  Our Store Manager will also lead the warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and order pulling to exceed customer requirements by ensuring on time delivery and accurate, timely inventory receipts.

Requirements

• BS degree in business/management
• 5+ years of HVAC customer service experience
• 2+ years of management experience
