We are currently looking for a Meat Journeyman Cutter for our County Market stores located in Champaign/Urbana, IL.   A Meat Journeyman Cutter is to assist customers in preparing and cutting meat, maintain quality in fresh meat case, help with department cleanliness and assist in receiving of product.

Responsibilities include:

• Read cutting lists
• Maintain meat cases
• Cut all primals to specific techniques
• Grind meats
• Fill cases/stock meat
• Rotate product properly
• Assist Meat Manager with inventory
• Operate wrapping scale
• Receive and process meat shipment correctly
• Assist customers with request and
  information
• Clean and sanitize equipment, cases work area and sales floor
