Description
The administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and future growth for a free standing Ambulatory Surgery Center. Responsibilities include staffing, budget/financial management, inventory, oversight of business office functions, physician relationships, marketing and recruitment of physicians and compliance with all regulatory rules and regulations. Must be strong communicator, team builder, critical thinker and possess outstanding business knowledge.
Requirements
Qualified candidate must:
Be a Registered Nurse.
Have a minimum of 5 years management experience.
Have Ambulatory Surgery Center or Same Day Surgery experience.
Have knowledge of neurology and pain management procedures.
Be ACLS certified (or obtain within 6 months of hire).
Be committed to providing excellent customer service to patients, physicians and other users of the ASC.
