My client, a manufacturer, located in the vicinity of Tampa/Clearwater, Florida is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator with government contracts/audits, intellectual property, and Export Controls/ Contract Administration experience.
Responsibilities:
Analyze contracts to determine if they meet required guidelines for associated products and services covered in FAR and DFAR and commercial contracting practices
Prepare government and commercial contract proposals
Negotiate complex transactions
Assist in Compliance and Ethics program
Requirements
Requirements:
LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY - NO RELOCATION
BS Business or related field
10+ years experience I export Controls/Contact Administration, intellectual property,
DOD, Government Contract and Audit experience
Ability to effectively review and work with government furnished policies and procedures
Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance if required
