Master Trainer

Stemming from our work within the homeland defense, emergency response, crisis mitigation, national security/ defense, and intelligence sectors, AGT Federal offers a broad range of services and products to address our customers’ most complex and critical technology-related needs.

About the Position:
We are looking for an individual to train our clients on their Rapid, Reliable, Robust Communications solutions, both communications Modules as well physical Form Factors.

Overall Responsibilities of the Postion:

Written and Multimedia Content Development

• Author training content handouts, slides decks, quick-start guides, and other written documentation for customer-facing training and support interactions
• Capture, Edit, and Compile Multimedia Training and Plan Of Instruction (POI) content.
• Author scripts for POI voice-over and Section 508 content
• Format and refine all content types, including customer-funded updates
• Provide content capture and development services (written and multimedia) for additional purposes (marketing materials, website, et al)

Content Delivery

• Provide on-site (and remote) training and POI content delivery on Emergency Communications solutions to customers and customers’ end-users
• Coordinate logistics for all aspects of Content Delivery
• Manage content delivery team(s) (eg. Other trainers) pre-, during-, and post-site
• Provide field-level training and training support to end users during times of emergency response (customer-initiated/ funded)
• Provide troubleshooting and troubleshooting support as-needed prior to and during training events
• Assist and facilitate AGT-internal cross-training efforts between diverse technical disciplines

Crew Lead

• Lead and direct personnel to complete projects within allotted timeframes (both in-shop and on-site)
• Assist co-workers as needed
