Description
Senior: Skills equivalent to 6-10 years in comparable position
Provides critical and timely process management of staffing policies and processes including offer letters, job posting, reference checking and background investigations. Carries out a variety of assignments within the Staffing Department including identification of applicant sources, effective advertising, interviewing skills, reference checking, and applicable local, state and federal laws pertaining to the employment process. Is familiar with corporate HR policies, including benefits, compensation and incentive programs.
I'm looking for strong background in sourcing and recruiting for high volume/single profile positions. Experience in Financial Services or brokerage preferred.
My team is responsible for staffing the client services positions at Schwab. So I need someone strong in volume hiring but also with a high emphasis on quality of hire. This is not a typical call center environment, our reps study and pass the Series 7 and are able to handle very complex requests for our clients.
6 MONTH CONTRACT
