Director, Human Resources 

GENERAL SUMMARY 

In this Senior HR role located in Bismarck, ND, you will provide Human Resources

direction and support to local and remote management, while maintaining the

efficient operation of the HR department. You will assist with the development

and implementation of strategic HR plans designed to reinforce business success

and participate in company wide HR projects.

This position requires an experienced professional who possesses leadership and

project management skills, knowledge of governmental regulations and a full

range of HR activities including staffing, employee relations, change

management, performance management, compensation, benefits and training.

 

Requirements Job Requirements include:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, Master’s degree preferred.
  • Previous (6 to 8 years) experience in a professional human resources environment with progressively increasing responsibilities required.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

  • Displays a positive, confident attitude; highly self-motivated, flexible, and accountable.
  • Able to travel as necessary including overnight stays as needed
