What We Need:

We are currently seeking individuals that have previous call center experience in the medical billing or insurance field.  Experience in a billing department is preferred.  Qualified candidates should have a full understanding of EOBs, copays and deductibles.

What You Need:

1.  Relevant work experience in the medical field

2.  Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology, billing and claims

3.  History of success and TENURE in previous work experience

4.  Excellent customer service skills and proper phone etiquette

5.  The ability to enter complete and accurate documentation

What Else You Need to Know:

These are long term, full-time positions.  ALL OFFERS OF EMPLOYMENT WILL BE CONTIGENT UPON A SUCCESSFUL DRUG SCREEN AND CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK.
