Description Lead a team of 30+ employees in the production of machined parts for our company. Turning, milling and grinding are just some of the processes involved. Work with your group leaders to maximize machine set-up and people assignments to obtain best flow of product. Lead continuous improvement and safety initiatives for the area. Participate in a very solid plant leadership team. Be an effective communicator with other functional areas. We are 40-50 miles from downtown Buffalo.

Requirements Qualified candidate will need an understanding of machining concepts and CNC programming. Experienced at machine shop scheduling and capacity utilization. Organization skills related to equipment PM, training, safety and continuous improvement. Must also have solid PC skills & working knowledge of lean manufacturing concepts. Five years minimum similar experience is a must. This is no desk job.
