TTP Human Resources (HR) Generalist

Thackerville, OK

The HR Generalist will perform a variety of professional and administrative work in human resources, such as employee relations, recruitment, training, on-boarding and development. This position requires a fast-learner with an ability to communicate with all levels of staff throughout the organization. Responsibilities include consulting with managers and employees to resolve employee relations issues.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree with an advanced knowledge of effective HR practices, methods and processes and the ability to work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment; PHR or SPHR certification required. Demonstrated proactive initiative to provide solutions and support through strong interpersonal skills and a willingness and ability to act effectively as a member of a high-performing HR team is essential in this position. Excellent communication, analytical and computer skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities while exercising application of judgment and independent action required.

Additionally, we seek an individual with a knowledge and understanding of compensation structures and the ability to maintain compensation systems; advanced knowledge of Hay’s compensation methodology preferred. Previous experience working in a union environment a plus; experience setting union avoidance strategies is imperative.
