As an Assistant Manager or Customer Account Rep for Rent-A-Center your responsibilities would include all aspects of;

Our sales process
Assisting customers on the sales floor
Completing the rental order
Providing friendly customer service as you manage past due accounts
Promoting timely payments from customers
Assisting in the delivery and installation of merchandise
Assisting in the design and quality of the showroom floor

Requirements Do you have these Qualifications?

Valid driver’s license with good driving record
Must be at least 20 years of age
High School diploma or equivalent
Heavy lifting required
Excellent customer service skills
Strong oral communication and listening skills
Ability to effectively manage time
Minimum one year retail experience preferred
Furniture sales, delivery and/or installation is helpful
