Job Description:
  • You will recruit doctors, dentists and physician’s assistants for the Army National Guard in the New England or Mid Atlantic region. 
  • You will be responsible for prospecting, developing leads and handling all aspects of the accession process, including physicals, security, waivers and board packet preparation. 
  • You must be able to work independently, make cold calls, respond to inquiries, travel to meet with applicants, attend conferences and make presentations to medical professionals throughout your assigned territory. 
  • As part of your responsibilities, you will prepare board packets to ensure applicants are selected by Recruiting Command and state boards. 
  • You must be a dynamic self-starter who can start developing leads willing to join the Army Guard right away. 
  • Leads will not be provided to you – you will be required to prospect, identify and develop your own leads. 
  • Bonuses are provided for doctors, dentists or physician’s assistants you recruit who are selected by the appropriate board and who access into the Army National Guard.

Requirements

Prior Army National Guard recruiting experience required; officer or medical recruiting experience strongly preferred.  

  • Must be thoroughly familiar with Army National Guard recruiting and personnel policies, regulations and procedures. 
  • Familiarity with medical, dental and physician's assistant recruiting, eligibility and processing strongly preferred. 
  • Familiarity with Army Recruiting Command policies and procedures strongly preferred.
