Description

Specific Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for overseeing and implementing order paperwork, ensuring the process allows for adequate support of timely, accurate orders. This includes ensuring that service standards are met.
2. Responsible for the inventory-processing control for the office, ensuring inventory levels are maintained as appropriate for the office structure as set by corporate policy.
3. Responsible for the coordination and direction production.
4. Working with management in the performance management process, hiring process, developing and coaching of direct reports in areas of responsibility.
5. Responsible for assisting management in the procurement process as determined by the Corporate Procurement department.
6. Perform duties and responsibilities as described in the quality system.
7. Perform other duties as assigned by Manager in support of departmental goals.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
• Skills or experience with personal computers
• Ability to organize time and priorities required.
• A strong customer service orientation is required.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment required.
• Strong interpersonal skills are necessary.
• Ability to make decisions quickly is required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are required.
Education/Experience:
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• 3 years supervisory experience preferred, with 2 years experience in a custmer driven organization.

Functional Requirements:
• Must be able to manipulate a computer keyboard.
• Must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, and feel.

• Must have the ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Must have good vision with the ability to adjust to focus, and have close vision with or without correction.
