Interested in being in on the ground floor of a start up of a new in-theatre dining restaurant concept? Do you have experience with managing Executive Chefs? Are you a team player with the proven ability to get results? Can you identify which trends in the marketplace have potential to grow revenue in our restaurant operations.? Do you have supply chain management experience? If you answered "yes" to these questions, we might just roll out the red carpet for you! As a Director of Theatre Dining at an AMC theatre, you'll use your skills to:
- Identify and research consumer/product trends to develop new menu items for theatre dining operations. Determine quantitative and qualitative viability of new menu items.
- Ensure that all theatre dining products adhere to the highest quality standards from purchase to guest. Work with vendors and all internal customers to educate and monitor product handling with a focus on our strategy of Food and Beverage products being "fresh, appetizing and properly prepared."
- Work with other departments on non-food elements that impact the overall operation of the theatre dining experience.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years souse/executive chef experience.
- Menu development expertise.
- Supply chain management experience.
- Undergraduate degree with hospitality/culinary focus.
- Vendor negotiations and joint development.
- Multi-unit experience.
- Experience with kitchen equipment and design.
- HAACP/Quality Control.
- Food Cost/Labor Management.
