Charter College is an expanding company with campuses in Anchorage, Alaska, Wasilla in the Mat-Su Valley, Alaska, Oxnard, Canyon Country, Lancaster and Long Beach, California and Pasco, in the Tri-Cities area of Eastern Washington.
We are looking for an IT Support person with intermediate level SharePoint experience to join our team at our corporate headquarters in beautiful Reno/Tahoe area.
This position will provide onsite, phone based and remote dial in technical support to Internal and External clients such as Charter College Staff and students who are experiencing issues with IT infrastructure or applications (hardware, software, database, firewall and/or the network).

Compensation Package Includes: $40,000/yr - $50,000/yr Base Salary + 5% Performance Bonus Potential + 401K Profit Sharing.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelors Degree in Technology plus Two (2) years of experience in systems installation, maintenance and upgrades required
• OR
• Associates Degree in Technology plus Four (4) years of experience in systems installation, maintenance and upgrades required.
• OR
• Minimum of Six (6) years of experience in systems installation, maintenance and upgrades required.
• Intermediate level experience with SharePoint required
• MS/SQL/Cisco experience preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of skills in the content areas of:
o Operating systems, databases, server and desktop hardware, networks, and systems software
o Experience with Citrix, VM Ware, Windows 2000/2003 Server, Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Customer service experience
• Ability to pass a security investigation, DMV check and have a valid DL and a clean driving record required.
• Ability to travel as required and work overtime and off-hours when required to meet business needs. Expected travel is less than 5%.
