Description

We are looking for a software engineer to join our team of highly skilled engineers who work together to create the world’s most advanced imaging products. This position is responsible for all aspects of the software development process including specifications, design, implementation, optimization, testing and documentation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintain and enhance Windows and embedded RTOS software for clinical medical X-ray products.
  • Work with control code for embedded devices including FPGAs.
  • Implement and optimize mathematical algorithms.
  • Work on design and architecture for the next generation embedded image processor subsystem.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (BSCS), Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or related technical discipline is required; MS preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years professional software experience with embedded software design and development.
  • Minimum of 2 years professional software experience with Microsoft Windows software design and development.
  • Expertise in object oriented programming languages, primarily C++.
  • Solid communication skills, strong problem solving abilities and the ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Some foreign travel may be required.
  • GPU programming experience highly desirable!
