We currently have a key position available for a detailed construction Project Coordinator with minimum 5 years experience. Some of the responsibilities include:
· Prepare all submittals/shop drawings/samples and pre-construction submittals as required in accordance with contract requirements;
· Assist in preparation, QC, and submittal of design submittals as required;
· Compile, distribute, and follow-up on RFI’s and submittals both from the Design Team and Subcontractors;
· Assemble O&M manuals for submittal to the Gov’t as per Contract Documents;
· Log, track and report submittals, shop drawings and other contract administration using Newforma or Expedition;
· Draft and process for internal review and finalize all contract admin submittals including but not limited to QC, Safety, and submittal registry.
Strong organizational, communication, & computer skills required, including Microsoft Office, Newforma, Expedition, RMS and Web Base CM knowledge a plus.
Previous work on federal government contracts a strong plus and some travel required. B.S. in Construction Management, engineering or related field. In lieu of degree, minimum of 5 years working in a similar capacity with a construction and/or construction management firm.
