Description Provide office construction management services to include periodic review of construction contractor's work progress and schedule, assist in administering construction contract modifications, determining technical merit of contractor claims and contract changes, manage construction contract submittals and reviews of same, and utilize USACE computer programs and commercial programs. Specific work requirements are described below. Services shall be provided such to provide onsite support during the normal work day schedule of the construction contractors. The specific work requirements may be increased, decreased, or revised at the discretion of the Contracting Officer (CO) and/or Administrative Contracting Officer (ACO). All actions by CMS personnel related to the review, recommendation, and approval of construction contractor documentation and shall be provided to the CO, ACO, and/or the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for further action, direction, and distribution to the Contractor.
