Join eLoyalty Corporation, a first in class, premier systems integrator.  In our Integrated Contact Solutions line of business we have been designing and implementing Customer Interaction Solutions since 1990 that include virtual contact center services, speech and self-service, Unified Communications, upgrades and managed services.

 

In our Managed Services division we currently have an opening for a Program Director located in Redmond, WA.  We are seeking an individual that has exceptional follow-through, effective resource and vendor management capabilities, ability to mitigate risk, strength in managing client expectations against project implementation deliverables and highly effective at building relationships with all project engagement stakeholders.   

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Project Managing implementation of ICM solution and support services for our client’s ICM Program
  • Single point of contact to our client responsible for coordinating definition and documentation of the UCCE/CVP Implementation and Final System Design
  • Responsible for coordinating project resources who will be providing installation services, upgrades and relocations for ICM solutions.
  • Coordinate meetings with our client and vendors to effectively develop implementation project plans, identify detailed design requirements, define acceptance test procedures and define an agreeable implementation schedule.

 

Requirements

Required skills and experience:

 

  • 7 to 10 years Project or Program Management experience
  • Experience offering significant client impact and value creation through relationship building capabilities and influence over direction
  • Experience managing several projects simultaneously
  • Hands-on experience producing functional and technical design deliverables defined by a formal structured methodology such as ITIL
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor others and manage technical support teams
  • Unified Communications or VoIP technology project deployment experience
  • Experience project managing team sizes of 10 to 25
  • Experience developing, defining, and delivering reporting structure to key client teams
  • Highly effective at communicating both internally and externally project status on deliverables including project issues, time constraints, and client satisfaction
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • A passion for partnering effectively with clients
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
