Description
EZShield a leading provider of security, and fraud protection services to small businesses and consumers, located in Harford County, is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team.
Provides support to EZShield Identify Restoration customers who have had their identity stolen and/or compromised to restore their credit file to pre-theft status through contacting creditors, researching credit reports, documenting details of the case, and managing the customer’s experience. Also provides support to EZShield Emergency Card Services customers who have had their credit card(s) and/or debit card(s) lost or stolen through contacting the customer’s credit and debit card issuers and cancelling and re-issuing new cards on behalf of the customer. Will also assist the customer by providing emergency assistance to include making travel arrangements and providing travel funds per the terms of EZShield Emergency Card Services Standard Operating Procedure. Will also be required to document all cases utilizing EZShield Trac in a manner consistent with the Standard Operating Procedures of all EZShield products and services. Develops and maintains customer relationships providing them direction and support in managing their case and customer experience that will distinguish EZShield as a best in class operation.
Requirements
Two years of college and/or 3-4 years of related experience. Strong technical aptitude and ability and desire to learn and understand new technology. Must be flexible to accommodate customer’s needs and case management requirements requiring above average courtesy, patience, and professionalism. Candidate bi-lingual in Spanish is desired.
