Sharon Healthcare Willows, a large residential facility with separate locations, serves populations of intermediate care geriatric and/or ambulatory mentally ill adults.  While you will be required to pass medications, administer treatments and closely work with physicians and psychiatrists, your nursing "life" will take on an entirely new dimension.  Our resident's needs are our highest priority.

While our nurses are expected to adhere to accepted standards of clinical practice, we also expect them to fully participate in treatment planning, and professionally interact with residents and families on a daily basis.  Your patience and compassion will be tested and appreciated as you receive a myriad of questions, comments and requests.  Rest assured that you will be surrounded by a supportive staff and "hands on" Adminstration.

We have current openings on third shift--some of which may include weekends.  We're looking for some flexibility in your scheduling needs.

Requirements You must have a current State of Illinois license as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.  Experience in working within long-term care is preferred, but we are more than happy to train those of you who are interested in serving our special population.
