Description High Performing Sales Representative needed for ColemanEnnis, LLC, an established and growing business services firm. We work with New Jersey's top business leaders to build their businesses for future success. We are looking for top sales performers who have experience selling services in the B2B market. Work with owners and leaders of mid-market firms to understand their challenges and opportunities and match our solutions to their needs. Local travel required.

 

We are a high-energy consulting firm providing essential services in HR, Sales, Marketing, Technology and Management so that businesses can grow and thrive. Our services include strategy design, process improvement, developing high performance teams, implementing best practices and peer advisory boards. Sales experience in business services and experience working with business leaders are a plus. We are willing to develop the right person, so that they can grow to be a key partner in our firm's growth.

 

The successful candidate will thrive in a highly autonomous work environment where strong communications skills and an entrepreneurial work ethic are rewarded. Compensation is commensurate with experience includes a salary base and uncapped commission opportunity; benefits include 401K, health insurance, paid holidays and vacation.

· Building long term relationships with prospects and customers

 

· Understanding customer needs and developing valuable offers

 

· Demonstrating our services using consultative sales approach

 

· Consistently closing new business
